SAINT PAUL, MN—More Minnesotans will have access to affordable solar thermal systems after the Minnesota Department of Commerce announced that they will offer rebates beginning March 18 to residents, businesses, nonprofits, and government entities as part of its Made in Minnesota Solar Incentive Program.
For those that like to ski, snowshoe, sled, or snowmobile and other activities involving snow you might be in luck snow is starting to go back on the ground.
If you are doing things other than winter sports such as driving, please take extra time and caution.
